And some Patriots support cashless. Idiots!

I see the move to cashless society as a real problem for us. "They" can and will, cancel our attempt at transactions at their whim and we won't be able to do anything about it. Censorship has reached new heights.

Absolutely - we are completely f----- if we allow a cashless system. Not sure what you know about Aadhaar, but Giancarlo's working with a guy who helped implement it. https://www.cftc.gov/sites/default/files/2018-10/FintechAgenda100318_0.pdf

Our gov is partnering with these jerks: https://www.forbes.com/sites/vipinbharathan/2020/08/30/fed-partners-with-mit-based-digital-currency-initiative-to-explore-central-bank-digital-currency/#17dd1613fa13

These guys are chomping at the bit to get us into cashless - and a Biden admin (which I believe will NOT happen) would have us switched to cashless within a month - tops - of inauguration. They already have everything in place to do this - It would be done like India's - with an announcement and time limit to turn in existing cash. Then the cashless system would be linked to a biometric id system - essentially Aadhaar.

Seems like if AIG gave AF about their corporate image in our current political climate, they'd reference those details you're mentioning in a public way.

Otherwise, this could be an expensive decision for them.

A key piece of info missing from that article is "what insurance?"

If its life, car, homeowners then lawsuits need to happen. If it is D&O or some other unique type of insurance that is impacted by the activity of someone in the public eye, then I could see AIG having standing here to cancel the policy.

Details matter.

Need more info.

Much more info.

Is that a "legal" reason to cancel someone's insurance????
