Any crime by a Democrat is fine with Democrats and the DOJ. The only counterexamples I can think of are the black (perhaps by chance, perhaps not) Rep Jefferson who was caught with a freezer full of cash from bribes and served 5 years 5 months, and Mayor Barry who was caught on crack cocaine and served 6 months. Both of these were many years ago. There have been no Democrat politician or power player arrests at all that I know of in the last 13+ years. Personal guess, they bucked their controllers in some way and were punished for that, not actually for the bribe-taking or cocaine-snorting. There are nearly always rare exceptions to every rule. In general, crimes by Democrats are virtually always, 99+ percent, A-OK with Democrats. Including Democrat voters. See Hillary Clinton and trail of dead bodies as an example.
