Not reliable enough. People make mistakes in judgment.
Look for it on Google with the following string:
"memorandum for the joint force" site:*.gov
This should bring up the original document, but there are no results.
Also the simple fact that there's no date on the document.
Monkeywerx isn't an authoritative source. He's just an ex-military guy doing podcasts.
Go look for the doc on a government website. You won't find it.
Those who laugh last laugh best.

Monkey said it's legit, but the Joint Chiefs are further down than #18 in the pecking order, so I guess they don't really matter, other than potential after the fact activity ;)
Idk how any of that shit works but as far as optics goes the joint chiefs are kind of the guys everyone looks to as far as the citizenry goes .
Idk. Not a good sign regardless.
