EBS = Emergancy Broadcast System

quaren protocols = allowed to be put in place by DS, allows DS to think lockdown is of it's making, allows DS to be complicit with maintaining lockdown, if no lockdown, DS would use dense population area's/zones to engage in maximum casualty false flags against the american people

Believe it or not, lockdown is for our benefit atm, and has been since DS was allowed to play it's "coronavirus" card.

Why waste your "turn" in a chess game moving a piece, or advancing an initiative or strat, when you can, through manipulation, allow your enemy to waste their move doing that for you.
