A reference to Los Alamos? https://www.lanl.gov/mission/nuclear-threats.php https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Los_Alamos_Ranch_School --the school on the land before the lab sounds creepy as can be

My grandmother taught elementary school in the valley for 20+ years and I thought I remembered her teaching at a school in what she called Los Alamos. I can't find it but I worked in the valley for many years and never remember any one saying they were from Alamo. I am thinking maybe its called Los Alamos locally? Also, a very famous national shrine of San Juan is located right there as well. People travel from all over Texas to make prometas or promises there.
