Took off from Lackland AFB in San Antonio Tx and is flying straight east. AF1 perhaps? Edit: appears to be AF2. AF1 is flying in the same vicinity. Two Boeing e3’s circling nearby and a KC135 over the gulf if they need fuel. Both headed East.

Yes, that’s interesting but not unheard of. I watched an AF drone zigzag the Russia border and it looked similar. Jamming could be occurring? Who knows

Yes if MonkeyWerxUS were here that is what he would say. We've seen that flight pattern before, and it is not the real flight path, they are blocking their true flight path for security reasons. So
