- Memo to service members would have a date.
- The format of the letter is off. (Yes the military has a specific format for letters and memoranda). Line spacing, paragraph format, signature blocks, font type and size...
- The letterhead is incorrect. The seal should be up at the top with the words.
- In over 20 years I never saw an official memorandum with all the signatures haphazardly crammed at the bottom.
