I watched it on rsbn, I didn't see the quote in the op though. Did he mention the 25th amendment stuff?

I tuned in a few minutes late, but I did not hear that either. It was a lot of policy & accomplishments talk, but with a pretty somber tone, a lot of thanking, and fire warnings to NOT undo the wall and immigration policies.
