Exactly...what kind of sicko would trick (test) their creation just so they can punish them when they dont do what you want. That's sadistic. There is no such thing as free will whenever the choices lead to punishment. That's not free will...that's forcing your will.

I've always struggled with that part of religion and people just get angry at me when I bring it up.

I dont care what my children did, I could never damn them for eternity to have their souls tortured in hell. Because I love them.

How can my creator claim he loves me, when my entire life is apparently a test to see if he burns me in hell or not? What the fuck kind of love is that?

Yep, people dont want you to question their dogma. God may be real, but I doubt he would actually have a bunch of sneaky jews be the ones to write it down. If the god of the bible actually cared about us, I dont think genesis 21:4 would be in there.
