Has anyone definitely figured out what order the "RED1/2/3..." is supposed to mean? I tend to think of these things in terms of a countdown - like a rocket launching in 5...4...3..2...1 or a DefCon level with the lowest number meaning it's the most severe. But then another part of me thinks of things like a severity level that increases, such or a fire being a 2-alarm fire or 3-alarm fire with a higher number being a bigger deal.
My gut reaction was that Twitter actually taking down POTUS' account was the 'last straw' to green light/kick off whatever he has planned. But that happened almost a week ago and yet we've seen zippo happening (at least visibly/provably). Your thoughts?
