I don't care who is in charge of it. I am not ok with martial law and you shouldn't be either.
Martial Law is not a normal nationwide mandate. ML usually applies to specific sites where there is rebellion or insurrection ... like in the Congress of the United States, the Supreme Court, NYC, CA ... GA, etc.
Well, I'm about to move across 5 states going through several major cities that tend to get riled up and stupid. I don't want to get stuck in the middle.

Martial law is not a good thing no matter who is at the helm. What if they kill off Trump and Pence takes the reigns or they kill him off and the bitch gets them. You have to think logically.

Definitely I expect for DC to be totally shutdown for two or more weeks.
Outside of that I'm thinking Martial law would only be applied in serious uprisings and riot situations in selective cities. I don't expect it to be applied across the board nationwide.
