I usta read that stuff actually (cant remember which one, it has been decades). same dam propupganda (a new word!) now as then. Why propagandize Congress with more fake news...from our enemy???? I think the word is subterfuge. im gonna go bonkers trying to remember that magazine's name. i will know it when i see it. edit, oh heck i remember: China Reconstructs.
