that is how i took it my brother. I agree with you. I was trying to remind all of us "upon witnesses of two or more". I also think Q would have let us know in his way through others as he has done in that past. ( usually within a few days after the event ) your waiting 48 hours brother is something we should all follow. .
There are also times when Q doesn't tell us because we know. ( again upon two ore more witnesses )
