The blackout was the news, the Pope being arrested was a theory. If a post emphasizes that it is an unsauced theory, I'm okay with that. Other anons reading it get the theory and don't mistake it for fact ... so they don't erroneously run with it.

I also think Q would have let us know in his way through others as he has done in that past. There is absolutely no reason for the Pope's doctor to suddenly die of Covid other than to cover up the fact that the Pope is already dead. Logic.
