I never implied that what he said was illegal... some of it was just over the top stupid.
As far as the USSS goes, they are just trying to use intimidation tactics against him. He better be careful, because he could become the next M Flynn or R Stone.

I think the point of his remarks seeming over the top was to shake many people awake. He was followed by and appealed to mainstream conservatives. Most of whom haven't heard those type of allegations. The good news is we've got a matter of weeks to know if he was blowing smoke or not.
