Tried to sign up for Gab 3 times today using VPN and got message each time after entering required info that connection was closed. This is different than previous message earlier today that site was under maintenance. I am curious if they are only authorizing sign up without VPN? And if so, why?

I signed up some months ago and it worked with VPN. Hopefully it's just overloaded.

signed up a couple years ago...no problems using assorted vpns.

It’s overloaded right now try again later they are adding new servers.
