This might get long, I'll be as brief as possible.
The constitutional republic of the united States lost the war. Known as the confederacy in history books, this was the true remnant of the original union.
Lincoln formed the united States of america inc. in order to get loans to fight the civil war.
Now we can stop wondering why does much unconstitutional stuff happen, because we don't have an original constitution.
Rather we are under corporate or Maritime law.
Now let's clear something up. Where are governments formed? If you say the people you're wrong. It's militaries. The military forms a government and thus military law is superior to government law.
The military doesn't have laws against government shit. So they can't do anything about governors ignoring the original constitution. Plus it's not in effect anyways.
What does military law cover? Coups, insurrection, war, that kind of stuff.
We know the military is the only way. The corporate courts are corrupt. But the only thing the military can try people on is treason against the military. Who is commander of the military? Trump.
So the military law doesn't kick in until a military law is infracted.
So far we've only seen corporate law be infracted. That is until the 6th.
So do we care if Biden won the corporate election? No. The whole government is going to be arrested by the military and tried in military courts for breaking military law.
Trump will remain commander of the military even after Jan 20th. Doesn't matter if he's not the corporate president anymore.
The corporation will be dissolved. Assets seized and redistributed and a new republic will be formed. An interim government and then elections.
Some, many, will be arrested, the rest will resign.
Don't think it can happen? Just did in Russia to get Putin elected as President of their new government.
My guess. Inauguration day. All the big players will be there. Trump said he wouldn't be there. They're telling people not to show up.
