Because they need to concentrate everyone into the same stores during the same hours, with masks, to create optimal conditions for the spread of airborne bacterial pathogens. If they're trying to reboot the Spanish Flu crisis, they can't achieve that with any virus. It's got to be bacteria, viruses just aren't that deadly... Annual "flu" deaths are in the tens of thousands, but it's the pneumonia that kills. "Just flu" deaths are in the tens every year. Fewer than 100. So it's got to be bacteria if they want to murder with disease.
