I would go to court and contest the legal fiction they try to fine.

I would demand the judge to present his oath, and have him read it out to me.

I would ask if he was ruling under corporate law or constitutional law.

I would of course do all this from the gallery.

And I would never claim that I was the trustee of the legal fiction.
