Whoever is calling the shots, I can tell you this: the one in charge DOES NOT share power. It's not multiple entities. Satanic orgs only will have ONE leader. And they will acquiesce to a superior. There is one person calling all the shots. Who it is? I don't know. But I would guess it's not anyone we have ever heard of. If you know a name or a person like Soros, they are there as insulation and fodder to throw under the bus should things go south.
