I couldn't source it either. The only tweet of it I could find was itself "unavailable".

Probably a hoax - especially given that it would be pretty unlikely that 250,000 troops could be moved to DC in time.

I've seen this before, and no source. Seems fake. But if it isn't fake it's asking to get hit with H bombs, and send the entire commie swamp, along with the rest of the earth back to the stone age. Which I am fine with.
