If you read The Art of the Deal or any of his other books, you'll see Trump actually does that quite often.
While I do not agree they are ligit accounts, Trump talks about himself in the third person all the time.
So Donald Trump starts his tweets with, "Pres. Trump issues a statement responding to his ban from Twitter!"
Fuck no. Trump says I, not Pres Trump. Trump does not talk like he's quoting a fucking MSM article.

He will frequently say Trump, or President Trump, instead of I, or me.

No, but a read a fuckton of his tweets and Donald Trump does not say Trump This, Trump That, etc.
