They have a 10 year warrantee which you don't get from other pillow manufacturers, you can wash them in your washing machine then dry them in your dryer. You can have them custom filled according to your body weight which is really important when you buy and unlike fiberfill, they fluff up really nice. Bottom line its been 6 years since we bought our first set and they are still in great condition. We are happy with our MY Pillows, are you sure that you didn't get some ChiCom knockoffs when you got yours? Since you hated them so much, did you return them for a full refund??? Its always been part of their money back guarantee. Being that you are from Canada, did you know that Mike Lindell aslo gives jobs to Canadians? He ships them from Montreal for Canadian customers. In the US we get them from Wisconsin where they are manufactured with NO ChiCom materials. Best wishes.
