Sorry. No social media will be safe from deplatforming. It would have to be completely independent from the ground up. I thought that's what codemonkey was working on. I don't know for sure.
I would suggest old fashioned email of people you can trust. All social media could be deplatformed. Our ability to collect information through those means is going to be severely curtailed. We are going to have to find other ways to communicate. This is what happens in war.
