This would great! As someone who has studied law for many years (and just not taught what someone wanted me to think) I know for certain, our country today is not as it was founded. At the founding, the people were adjudicated in the common law. The common law is not statutory law (statutory law is law voted on and passed by our public servants in government). The common law was 800 years old, and was judge made law. It was owner's dominion, if you owned it, no matter what it was, you controlled it 100%. It takes an injury of person, property or reputation to have any case in common law. It was untouchable by the modern legislature. Common law crimes were fixed in the concrete of centuries of adjudication. A common man, me or you, could prosecute a crime (imagine that power). Juries were chosen by lot, and in most cases knew the defendant personally and knew their reputation (hence injury of reputation being a tort). You cannot directly tax a man in common law. You could not take any of his property for any reason without show of better title. Any man could go into any court and assist any defendant. ALL of this has been perverted in order to steal your rights and your property. At the founding, the limit of government was where the rights of the people began. You can read most states original constitutions and see that the unalienable rights of the people were forever excepted from the general powers of government. The difference between a democracy and a republic (we are guaranteed a republican form of government in the constitution of the US of A) is, with a republic, the rights of the people are paramount and untouchable by the public servants in government. With a democracy, the majority rules regardless of any rights and any rights can be simply voted away. We are told every day that we are a democracy and MUST protect it. Read the constitution, Article 4 Section 4, the democracy bull shit is a right out lie. Read article 1 section 10. Are the several states of the union using gold and silver coin? Are its orders from courts for payments requiring gold or silver coin? We have been defrauded of our country and our rights!!! RESTORE THE REPUBLIC!!!! And once again our United States of America will be the beacon of freedom again.
This is precisely why you keep hearing "our" democracy. It is theirs, not ours. Their rules, laws and privlidges as asigned by their own desires and wills.
The 600 bucks, is the crumbs from their table. They live the life of luxuary while we beg for more crumbs, (2000 bucks.)
