Assume Trump has Biden and Harris arrested soon. Does that stop them from assuming office? If they are arrested by the military does that override their presumption of innocence and prevent them from being a sworn in?

Trump wasn't reelected. Who takes office? Will there be another election eventually? Does Trump start another party? (I don't think these RINO fucks would allow him to get the nomination)

Or does Biden get sworn in? I really have no idea what the fuck is happening.

I read that if you're impeached twice you can't run for office again. Now Pelosi is pushing for a quick impeachment next week. Does Trump act before then?

Yeah but legally he has to prove that otherwise every one term president could assert that and stay in office. He is going to have to step down and prove it. Then either they have a special election or the Supreme Court gives it to him? I have no idea. I don't think he could make his case in 12 days to the Supreme Court but who knows.
