I read that if you're impeached twice you can't run for office again. Now Pelosi is pushing for a quick impeachment next week. Does Trump act before then?

Assume Trump has Biden and Harris arrested soon. Does that stop them from assuming office? Yeah but legally he has to prove that otherwise every one term president could assert that and stay in office. He is going to have to step down and prove it. Then either they have a special election or the Supreme Court gives it to him? I have no idea. I don't think he could make his case in 12 days to the Supreme Court but who knows.
