Whoever it is needs to be as well versed as McConnell in Senate rules and smart enough to use them both tactically and strategically, though. Interesting that some think the GOP will be allowed to win ever again. Perhaps a Mitt Romney will be allowed, or some other globalist, just to keep up appearances. Globalists will only get better at cheating, and the GOP will only be allowed to grow by expanding into the swamp.

There are a lot of former Dems among Trump supporters as well as Independents and Libertarians. Trump needs to walk away from the GOP and start his own party. The vast majority of the US voters are behind him, he needs a Patriot/Constitution plank and flush the GOP/Dems down the toilet.
