A mod can't do that.
Right after posting, if users realize they've posted in a wrong sub, there's a 1-minute time frame where they can move their post to another sub (can't move posts to subs they are banned in).

We added the moving feature for users as it is equivalent as directly posting in a sub (you aren't banned in).
The main reason is poalrs don't have to delete and repost.
