The protest video probably had to be edited because was airborne.

I think it is POTUS, just using a green screen, to make it appear as though he is still in the White House. Everyone knows he is not at the White House, so it is freeking out the Deep State......running around like chickens with their heads cut off today......total panic in D.C.
