Uhm...that was very weird. Not normal. He was twitchy and his neck kept jumping/stretching up and down. His mouth was weird, camera looked like it lost a few frames here and there yet the sound was fine.

Zoom and look at his hair in front of the frame. Fake, fake, fake, imo.

No way POTUS said gave that speech...
