Oh my god you are right... it happens at the beginning but not as bad. At 2:11 you can literally see where they haven't bothered to make the skin under the neck go far enough that when they do the head lift there is something there, it's just a black hole.

Uhm...that was very weird. Not normal. He was twitchy and his neck kept jumping/stretching up and down. His mouth was weird, camera looked like it lost a few frames here and there yet the sound was fine.

POTUS then, at some point, releases the information/declass/videos/frazzledrip/evil stuff on the swamp.
