No he's not. He's used their hand signals sometimes in the past, but probably only to fool members that he was one of them. I don't see him doing it since he took office.

The military has been steeped in Masonic symbolism for a long time. At least since Albert Pike was the Masonic leader in the USA.
The hand sign that guy was doing symbolizes the square and compass, so it's like saying your 'on the level' or 'squared up'.
Trump used to use the 666 hand sign (similar to the 'okay' sign) during his first campaign and early in his presidency. I think he was fooling Masons into thinking he was one of them. It would have helped get him their support.

It's a little different than what that guy was doing. It relates to the energies that flow through the fingers. Not really a Masonic hand sign so much as a form of controlling and containing your chakra energies. When he does it he sits with his back straight, allowing the energies to flow through the spine unimpeded.

King Arthur had nothing to do with the Knights Templar. They came a lot later in history. King Arthur was 5th or 6th century, the Templars formed in 1118.
