It's now being reported that Pence is being told by the powers-that-be to invoke the 25th Amendment and help remove Trump from office now. This probably doesn't come as much of a surprise to most of you.

So Trump can't invoke the insurrection act, declare martial law and arrest all of them, between now and Jan 20th.
