For fuel economy most run around 550-560 mph this particular Gulf Stream 5 is literally running at maximum top speed of 600 mph. That is very hard on the engines to run at full throttle for that long.
It's not normal behavior that's why it has my attention.

If he over heats his engines he wont make it. Best to run less than 92%. And that also depends on current altitude.
