Is she deliberately propagating untrue information then, has she been given authority to disseminate incorrect information on a governmental platform, ie propaganda ??. Or is powell full of shit ?/. . Because when a political press secretary either publishes or is enabled by higher ups to purposely publish untruths in an official capacity, then everything else she ever says is called into question.
