I am retired Military and the type of aircraft that they are, the color corresponds to their altitude, spook plane is what we in the military call any plane that monitors communication, radar, radar jamming etc. Any aircraft specifically used for electronic warfare. Beyond what I know as fact I made no other claims. Why does everybody on this damn board have to be so fucking rude.
