That's what it has come down to. Because Pence has chosen to follow the Electoral Count Act path, not exercise his constitutional right to reject the electors, Trump will lose. Now, maybe he still decides to send it back to the state legislatures to figure out. I don't think so given he's following the EC, but he could. So Trump loses because no way do they overturn 3 states using this method. Pence has just handed the election to Biden, it's all over as far as this process goes.

So either Trump has the goods and a willingness to use the military, or he doesn't and this has been one big Fuck You to the patriots. Guess we'll all find out at the same time if Biden gets sworn in on the 20th.
