How do you actually provide feedback when these guys do things you approve of? How can we, as thousands of individuals, encourage/demand more words and (hopefully) action from our reps? I've sent letters and emails and phoned in messages, but it all feels like some kind of kabuki dead end. My suspicion is that this is just lip service and the only real access comes from substantial sums of money.

I was just thinking the same thing about software manufacturers. No way to complain about the shitty way Microsoft software works.
