The "Good German" is easy to explain.

jews don't belong in Germany, never did and they caused a lot of suffering for Germans before they were finally asked to leave. Many books have been written on this topic, such as "The International Jew" by Henry Ford, which inspired Hitler's Mein Kampf.

There is no excuse for being on a site like this and being completely ignorant.
