Well, States electoral votes are counted in alphabetical order. Objections raised could cause up to 2 hours of debate per State or per ballot pending on if each slate is objected to or individual votes. They don't start until 1 pm. This process could easily go beyond Wednesday's start. If a recess is called for and approved it could take a couple days. The law says once 5 days is reached then no recesses shall be taken until it is completed. They may not be to Wisconsin by Thursday.
