It was reported in various places and at various time that both the DoD funding bill and the COVID-19 bill had provisions prohibiting use of the Insurrection Act... which President Trump signed. IF TRUE, that the prohibitions were in one or both acts, and POTUS signed them, then he must not need the Insurrection Act......

Don't worry about that. It is an Unconstitutional Provision. The Legislative Branch can not redefine the Powers of the Executive Branch.

Once Martial Law is Declared, Congress will be CANCELLED. All they do any more is subvert this nation, and violate the Constitution constantly.
