Pence counts nothing, he REPORTS what has been Counted:

Two tellers shall be previously appointed on the part of the Senate and two on the part of the House of Representatives, to whom shall be handed, as they are opened by the President of the Senate, all the certificates and papers purporting to be certificates of the electoral votes, which certificates and papers shall be opened, presented, and acted upon in the alphabetical order of the States, beginning with the letter A;

and said tellers, having then read the same in the presence and hearing of the two Houses, shall make a list of the votes as they shall appear from the said certificates; and the votes having been ascertained and counted according to the rules in this subchapter provided,

the result of the same

shall be delivered to the President of the Senate, who shall thereupon announce the state of the vote,

Then Pence says: ARE THEIR ANY OBJECTIONS/CHALLENGES to these totals? And of course there will be.

There will be Objections/Challenges to the official Totals due to all the Fraud.

Both houses withdraw to their respective chambers to discuss the Evidence of Election/Voter Fraud for 2 hours, and then each house votes separately on whether to accept the GOP alternate votes in Swing States.

This is where they are planning to Screw over Trump:

ONLY if BOTH Houses have a Majority Vote in FAVOR of Accepting the Challenged Votes, will the Challenged Votes be accepted. So both houses must approve the GOP alternate votes. If BOTH houses Don't Agree they trash the GOP Votes in the Swing States.

The House has a Majority of Demoncraps. So most likely they will vote in Favor of Biden, to trash the GOP electors votes.

So then it doesn't matter what the Senate does.

Pence ONLY gets involved, IF there is a 50-50 type tie in the Senate. Then Pence can break the tie. But even if Pence votes in favor of Trump to break the Senate tie, it doesn't matter, because the House will have already voted in favor of Biden.

But according to these NEW Rules, it really doesn't matter what the Senate does. If the House votes in favor of Biden, the games over already.

New Rules say BOTH houses have to VOTE yes for Trump.

If either House votes for Biden, then Biden is declared the Winner of this Presidential Election.

Thanks to these new Crooked Rules just announced!

The Cheaters are in Charge of Making the Rules!

....Only with a majority vote from both the House and the Senate would a challenge be upheld, which even supporters find unlikely, considering Democrats who control the House and Senate Republican leadership, including McConnell, have expressed disapproval with the plan to object.....

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) in a letter to colleagues on Sunday noted that objections can happen but said, at the end of the day, Biden “will be officially declared the next president.”....

Why are you cutting and pasting this idiocy and sending it to me repeatedly, while ignoring the point in raising?

Pence counts the votes. If he counts them one way, we MAY get your hypothetical scenario. If he counts them another way, Trump wins, and the Congress just agreed to provisions that will ensure Trump is reelected.
