I suspected concession from the very start. To me, it's the path of less bloodshed, and it's just screams a Trump chess move.

No way. This is end game. There is no concession. They will set off dirty bombs in numerous cities before they concede.

They will never concede but they will probably capitulate. That allows the Democrats the weasel words they need to continue banging their drum that the Trump presidency is illegitimate. Which we all know it's not. Same thing Hillary has done for the last four years.
