Every example you provided is both earlier than today's date and before taking the oath of office. Why would one bother going through the ceremony of being sworn in only to abdicate in 2 weeks if they were certain of their win?
You make two reasonable points:
This was a copy-paste of a post I had made a few weeks ago (and re-used a couple times) when this topic started becoming a thing. Time has advanced since then. Although in my examples, Biden didn't resign until Jan 15.
I don't know whether any of them took an oath of office, but I agree it is not something that makes sense.
At this point, the other arguments about certification probably apply. I think we'll find out either way pretty soon.
