The election was two months ago. Seems like her replacement could have been appointed and sworn in instead. Because her and Joe didn’t win and they know it.

So she can vote against any decertification event...

First they take down the Viewing Stands, then they cancel the Parade, and now Harris anxious to be sworn in again as a Senator.

I think they see the writing on the wall! This is looking more and more like concession to me.

However, she needs to recuse herself about the this election topics.

Can't wait to see the Perp Walks.

I suspected concession from the very start. To me, it's the path of less bloodshed, and it's just screams a Trump chess move.

I dunno, can only hope.

[–] 8 pts

No way. This is end game. There is no concession. They will set off dirty bombs in numerous cities before they concede.

Conflict of interest, or nah?

ROFL Patriot, and ask Fake News MSM why they are not asking her that very question. LOL

For recent precedent, Obama vacated his Senate seat in Nov 2008, his replacement was sworn in in Jan 2009.

Roland Burris sworn in as Obama's replacement in the Senate

Because she can still vote as a senator and do more damage.

[–] 0 pt

But I think Newsome gets to appoint her replacement so he could have easily done so by now.

The other 99 are doing just fine on that front.

[–] 4 pts

Why does this continue to be a question? They are under no pressure to resign until Inauguration. Plenty of incoming POTUSes and VPOTUSes wait. Biden did in on Jan 15 when he became Obama's VP. Al Gore did it on Jan 2. Dan Quayle did it on Jan 3. Walter Mondale did it on Dec 30. JFK, LBJ, Hubert Humphrey, I could go on. Look at the list, this is a complete non-thing:

Yep, as did many others. Doesn't prove anything though, other than the timing for each one has many many variables.

Dam so I guess I won’t return the 5 gallon bucket of kyjelly

They are running low on hopium, just let them have this one. In 16 days, hopefully most of them will give up.

[–] 1 pt

Well, hopefully the situation changes in 16 days. But yes, if it doesn't, then agree all hopium is lost.

[–] 2 pts

Just like that. Without the right to elect our leaders, we no longer have a Republic. Why can't people figure out what this means? Your claiming something like this, "If the criminals in charge don't agree to give up their power, then we'll just say oh well...sigh."

[–] 0 pt

Every example you provided is both earlier than today's date and before taking the oath of office. Why would one bother going through the ceremony of being sworn in only to abdicate in 2 weeks if they were certain of their win?

[–] 0 pt

You make two reasonable points:

  1. This was a copy-paste of a post I had made a few weeks ago (and re-used a couple times) when this topic started becoming a thing. Time has advanced since then. Although in my examples, Biden didn't resign until Jan 15.

  2. I don't know whether any of them took an oath of office, but I agree it is not something that makes sense.

At this point, the other arguments about certification probably apply. I think we'll find out either way pretty soon.

[–] 3 pts

Doesnt look like she is very secure in the win i mean fraud.. does it

No, it doesn't. I said above, they know they cheated, they are probably 99% sure they will get away with it, but not 100%. That's why they are keeping her chair for now. Occam's Razor. They will likely win and this whole thing will be memory holed. The Rs will get all riled up in 4 years and the deep state will run their next set of puppets for the Blue and Red to argue over, like always.

[–] 3 pts

Just in case or not. She will be indicted

[–] 2 pts

Biden did the same thing before Obummer was inaugurated. It's to keep their Senate seat with a "known cooperating" member, jusssst in case there's a vote.

Doesn't make all this shit less corrupt, jus sayinnnn

[–] 2 pts

Chair boogers. Well aged chair boogers

[–] 1 pt

So she could commit open treason.

[–] 1 pt

This is strange they are usually not sworn in to the old seat but she's not going to her new seat
