Perhaps the "plan" is to put just enough inflammatory shit out there about pedos, corruption, theft etc. to rile up the "patriots" to show up in force to DC and arrest/eliminate them all! What better way to identify, group and eliminate the biggest DS threat? I have seen NO proof of an actual plan. What I have seen is the Commander in Chief of the greatest military in the world resort to putting regular citizens in harms way because he cant pull the fucking trigger.
