The blogger speculated on links between possible election fraud in the United States and the electronic voting system used in Switzerland . There is a difference between voting machines being able to switch votes, and people actually using this feature. Voting machines are sold international, many customers need the voting-switch feature. Others only get the export permit if the CIA gets the keys to the back doors.
