I'm not certain what it is meant to accomplish either, or if it will accomplish anything. It seems to me that the only times protests have worked in my life have been the protests where antifa and blm run amok throwing rocks at people, and burning down buildings. I doubt seriously that people wearing maga hats would ever do that (nor should they) so unless they're all carrying rifles, I don't know that anything will come of it, except maybe a sink for anger.
