Eh... I'm gonna guess not bro. But good name.

I lurked for a year on VOAT before joining. I was a VOAT member 2 years before the plug was pulled.

Yes, the Lurker moniker doesn't really fit me anymore. I was registered on POAL a year ago but when I tried to log in here last month POAL said my account did not exist. I guess I got purged for lack of activity? So I was able to re-register with my original handle ... that the VOAT/v/GreatAwakening goats recognize. That's the rest of the story FWIW.

but... why 258 posts in 12 days?

I became a high poster on VOAT before it was over. My personal record was 74 posts in one day, translated to about 3500 upvoats. I do my best not to post crap, try to post ~90% breaking news and am always open to new sites to be checked for good content. Before VOAT I was just a news junkie, freaking out over the corruption, lies and bullshit I read everyday. No one in my circle was informed nor seemed interested. Then I found like minded conservative truth seekers on VOAT. I learned more truth in these past 3 years than all of my years of being a solo news junkie.

I really hate a slow board, especially while I'm reading pertinent articles that should be shared here. So I post, and post some more, and as it gets lively, others post more too so I can relax. A fast paced board keeps everybody engaged, enlightened and becomes the destination spot for those with similar interests in exposing truth. When I revived my registration here the board had some activity, but the new page often covered 12hrs or more of posts. Way too slow when breaking news is rampant. My first full day here, Dec 23 IIRC, I made 24 posts to find my groove and helped to modestly light up the board. It felt a lot like my beloved, soon to be departed VOAT/v/GreatAwakening but with a new GUI. So I stayed ... each day I'm feeling more comfy here, many of my old GreatAwakening goat friends are here as well.
